Magically Delicious

By Ms. Day

Published on February 06, 2008

When Ms. Day was but a little miss, she had a friend who had the most awesome magic set with secret drawers, trick cards and all kinds of other fun stuff. Unfortunately, Ms. Day never mastered this set (or any magic for that matter), but she remains fascinated by the practitioners of the art still today — especially when said magicians are incredibly cute. Case in point: Justin Kredible (pictured). OK, so his name's a little, um, silly, but this St. Louis native has brought his combination of comedy and magic (and great hair) to people all over the country, and he's even a regular on the Rachael Ray show. Billing himself as someone who is "like a magician, but cooler," Kredible and special guest Dan Levy (who isn't too shabby looking either) make the funny happen this evening at Lumen (2201 Locust Street). Tickets for their three-hour, adults-only show, which begins at 8 p.m., are $20 to $25 and can be purchased by calling 314-348-3535 or visiting www.synergystl.com. You can bet your magic wand that Ms. Day will be in the front row.
