Paul Stanley's in town
Published on July 29, 2008 at 4:41am
Stanley Eisen is a lot of people. He is, of course, Paul Stanley of Kiss, a.k.a. the Starchild. He's also been Paul Stanley, the Phantom of the Opera (not to be confused with the Phantom of the Park), and when he's not blowing your mind with all that, he's Paul Stanley, the painter. Stanley will take a break from rocking the soldiers of the Kiss Army to debut some of his paintings at the Wentworth Gallery at West County Center (I-270 and Manchester Road, Des Peres). His work ranges from reinterpretations of the Mona Lisa to impressions of Kyoto. He'll be at the gallery, sans makeup, to greet fans from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday and from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday (August 1 and 2). Call 314-821-8884 for more information.
