Forget Valentine's Day: The sexiest and darkest party of the year comes a week earlier, but the memories will keep you brooding at least through St. Paddy's Day. Tonight, break out your black corset, leather pants and/or just throw on some dark red lipstick and head to the Necropolis at Utopia Studios (3957 Park Avenue, St. Louis) for Exotic Rhythms Bleeding Hearts Ball. Beginning at 7:30 p.m., performers from throughout the Midwest (including dancer Ami Amore, your hostess for the evening) showcase alternative, experimental and gothic belly dance, with a grand finale by the internationally renowned tribal and dark fusion belly dancer, Ariellah (pictured). DJ Doum handles the entertainment from 10 p.m. to midnight, spinning the perfect soundtrack for a sexy/gloomy dance party.
