Swim Across America - St. Louis Open Water Swim

More than 550 swimmers and volunteers of all ages will participate in the 9th annual Swim Across America - St. Louis open water swim, held at Alpine Lake at the Innsbrook Resort in Innsbrook, Missouri, on Saturday, August 24, 2024. The annual swim is making waves to fight cancer and raise crucial funds for cancer research with the swim’s local beneficiary Siteman Cancer Center.
