Salina's Mexican Café

One of the few Arizona-style Mexican restaurants outside the state of Arizona, Salina's owes its culinary heritage (twelve years and running) to co-owner and Copper State native Stephanie Serrano. Az-Mex means tasty south-of-the-border staples like tacos, tostadas and burritos, whipped up with fresh vegetables and savory pulled meats. Salina's also makes a mean (and rarely seen, at least in these parts) fish taco and a hearty, marinara-like salsa that'll keep you obsessively munching on tortilla chips until the food arrives. In short: This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the St. Louis area.
