Finally! An explanation for the sneezing attacks, sinus congestion and itchy eyes you've been experiencing the past couple weeks. They're all perfectly normal symptoms for people living in the 9th worst city in America for fall allergies!

Yep, it's official. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America just released its ranking of autumn Allergy Capitals, and St. Louis is again in the top 10.

St. Louis earned a score of 90.72 on the foundation's allergy index that factors in air pollen rates as well as the number of allergists per capita and people taking allergy medications.

St. Louis came in ninth place last year as well. The worst city for fall allergies this year, according to the foundation, is Knoxville, Tennessee. The best is Portland, Oregon. Damn Portland, Oregon. Always the best in everything.
