Josh Hawley Says There's One Gender, Gets Roasted on Twitter

Frequent embarrassment and Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley made a serious flub in an anti-transgender fundraising email he sent out Wednesday.

The email, which New York Times reporter Kenneth P. Vogel screenshot and shared on social media, begins: "Blue states are teaching kids transgender propaganda in schools when they are as young as first graders. These teachings go against nature, science, and common sense — but this is what Liberals want our children to learn."

The email continues to complain about socialist propaganda while also not citing any evidence or examples of said propaganda. Then Hawley's email asks "Do you want to keep Transgender Propaganda OUT of our classrooms today?"

Beneath the question are two red buttons. One says "YES - Keep transgender propaganda OUT."

The other says "No - Teach young children there is more than one gender."

"JOSH HAWLEY wants to stop schools from teaching 'transgender propaganda,' like that 'there is more than one gender," Vogel wrote when sharing the screen shot.

The same senator who said that America is nothing without the Bible and raised his fist at January 6 protestors in solidarity before running away from those same protestors when they breached the Capitol, was predictably roasted.
